"Bruce, I just have to tell you that you are truly amazing, talented, creative and so fun on top of it all!!!!!  Where do I begin — The smoothie bar was such a big hit that even the adults were drinking them.  The sliders and mini beer mugs were so fun and how can that many burgers come out so perfectly cooked — I’m not sure — but you did it!  The big joke of our brunch was how our friends were chasing your wait staff to have more lamb chops and they were the best we have ever had!  One of our friends told me the borscht was the way his grandma used to make it.  The meal was so fun and delicious!  How incredible that I found out today that when our friend asked the chef for the recipe to the bean salad you brought her a whole container to go!!!!  We already cannot wait for May 15th 2021 and can’t wait to see what fabulous, creative, but most importantly delicious menu you come up with for our next bat mitzvah!  The thing we heard the most today and last night was that people had never been to a bat mitzvah where the food was so delicious and the dinner so spectacular!  Thank you thank thank you!!!! - Elana Amaral (Jun. 2019)

“Dear Bruce and team: We cannot thank you enough for the fabulous dinner you served at our annual FRIENDS of Lynn Council on Aging Senior Center Party, yesterday! Your staff was so efficient and friendly. The seniors are still raving about your delicious marinera sauce homemade meatballs, and juicy chicken Parmesan. We could tell a lot of attention was placed in the detail to serving a quality meal hot. Even the garlic bread was warm a, tasty and soft enough for the seniors. “Once Again, your team helped to make our event spectacular! The food was so good, and people are still raving about it. Everything looked amazing! Tammy was wonderful and so helpful. I know the day began a bit stressful with the room issue, but in the end it all worked out and she did a fantastic job managing that.
